We thought or old will and plan was up to date, we were wrong. Everything about a trust is what we needed. All done in 5 days. Wills go to probate, trusts don't. Just added trust as secondary beneficiary. Thank you Ted! Great customer service!

Where do I start?! Ted was amazing from beginning to end. After speaking with several attorneys who made getting a beneficiary deed sound incredibly complicated. Ted scheduled me the same week and had everything handled quickly and efficiently; we were in and out in no time.
Beyond his efficiency, what stood out most was his professionalism and kindness. He treats you like a person, not just another transaction and that truly makes a difference. If you need attorneys who will fight for you....look no further. I had a need to get out of a real estate partnership that went sour and needed to get out of a mortgage situation that was cumbersome (mostly emotional) to me. Through a referral from a friend I called TdD Attorneys at Law and got a same day initial appointment with Ted Disabato. Ted talked with me, not down to me, and suggested to do a Partition lawsuit. He explained, in detail what it meant, to my satisfaction. After hiring the firm, I was contacted by his associate attorney (Pitbull) Louis Teson. What a fine young man this guy is. He mediated an amicable agreement with my (former) ex partner and the rest is history. Thank you Ted, and thank you Louis. From the bottom of my heart!! P.S. Ted...you need to work on making Louis a Partner. 🙂
