To answer the all important question (you’ll only understand this is you are from St. Louis), Ted went to high school at Oakville, in South St. Louis County. He received his BA, Law Degree and Masters in Business Administration all from Saint Louis University.
Ted started his legal career at Millsap & Singer, beginning as a law clerk and after passing the Missouri Bar, an associate attorney.
Ted was recruited to New York City where he worked as a manager at Citigroup Private Bank’s National Residential Real Estate Division. After time in New York City, Ted relocated back to his home town of St. Louis as underwriting counsel in the St. Louis office of First American Title Insurance Company, National Commercial Services, where he worked extensively on complex commercial transactions throughout the country.
From there he was recruited to be the President and General Counsel for Bankers and Lenders Title, a title company that covered all counties of Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska.
In 2009 Ted established his law firm and real estate brokerage where he currently serves as the Managing Attorney of TdD Attorneys at Law and Broker-Realtor at TdD Premier Real Estate, a full service real estate brokerage. Ted’s years of hard work have impressed his clients and helped him stand out from the rest of the field.
Ted has also received awards being named in Forbes’ Magazine as a Five Star Professional Market Leaders List, was featured in the St Louis Business Journals’ Top Thirty Under Thirty and was featured as the Realtor in HGTV’s House Hunters.
